you can find him in all of the itsuko ayano illustrations in the more mature style (shown in last photo) he's called muscat teddy because he's the color of a muscat grape usually. the other color ones have food related names too (orange is caramel and yellow is custard)

im sorry i had to raise the prices a little.. they got super expensive orz
